Eric understands the value of being a personable, resourceful, and helpful leader. New to the CWA team, he’s already become the beloved “office dad” of our team because of his commitment to robust problem-solving and communication. He is community oriented and believes that dynamic teams produce the best results, a philosophy he carries with him to each of his projects. Eric’s work history is rich with experience, having contributed to a variety of projects across the Gulf during his 14 years in the field. He is excited to bring his rounded expertise to projects with Lion Elastomers and BASF. You can find Eric discussing cutting-edge industry practices in and out of the office; on his own time, though, Eric usually likes to have these discussions over a home-brewed beer. A jack of all trades, you may even find him with metal and woodworking tools in his hand if his new baby boy isn’t already asleep in his arms.
