Eric understands the value of being a personable, resourceful, and dependable leader. Since joining the CWA team, he has become known as our “office dad,” a nod to both his collaborative nature, his commitment to thoughtful problem-solving, clear communication with the team, and occasional shared office gumbo. He is community oriented and believes that dynamic teams produce the best results, a philosophy he carries into every project. Eric’s work history includes over 15 years of experience contributing to a wide range of projects across the Gulf Coast, with a focus on industrial and technical facilities since 2013.
In addition to managing projects, Eric is actively involved in business development and client relationships, helping expand CWA’s work with industrial partners, commercial clients, and identifying new opportunities across the region. Eric is proud to support CWA’s work with industrial clients such as ExxonMobil and BASF and enjoys collaborating with owner teams, engineers, and contractors to develop practical solutions that meet operational needs.
You can often find Eric discussing emerging industry efforts both in and out of the office. On his own time, those conversations are usually accompanied by a home-brewed beer. A jack of all trades, he also enjoys building projects in his shop and spending time with his wife and two young boys.
