Natalie first joined the CWA team in 2023 as a student architectural intern, and after graduating from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s in Architecture and a minor in Architectural History, she is absorbing as much knowledge as she possibly can.
Since starting full time, Natalie has gotten the opportunity to go on many site visits where she is able to exercise her love of adaptive reuse and renovations by field measuring, documenting project conditions, and meeting with users, now known as the “site intern” around the office.
She has been involved in many renovations as well as new construction projects during her time at CWA, such as the Bascom Hunter Fabrication Facility where she is the primary in production and construction administration, and a large-scale industrial zone shop consolidation where she is assistant project manager. Through these projects Natalie is exercising her problem-solving skills and learning about the minute details of the architectural process.
Natalie is well-traveled after spending a semester abroad in Paris during her time at LSU, and her appreciation for architectural history gives her a unique perspective and attention to detail that she carries throughout the projects she works on. In her free time, she likes to spend time with friends and family, read, play video games, draw, and spend time with her kitten Yoshi.
