Interior Renovation: Bascom Hunter is a newly renovated 13,564 SF wood frame/metal building structure. The interior of the building was renovated to meet the company’s functional needs. The building now occupies an Assembly/Test area directly adjacent to a traditional office space. The interior design embraces Bascom Hunter’s work culture and allows for company enthusiasm during the workday. The breakroom was a large portion of their cultural interest, requesting a place for casual meetings and coffee breaks with the team or clients. We designed an open breakroom with high-top seating, a coffee bar, and a connection to a large outdoor patio. They are delighted with the design and enjoy its functionality and overall aesthetic!

Exterior Renovation: This exterior renovation took an existing medical office building with a covered entry and transformed it into a newly renovated office building with an extended back patio. In our re-design, the original entry became the back patio, and the original side door of the building became the front entry. The front entrance was designed to be prominent and direct visitors to the main entry point of the building. We added a large window looking into the conference room, creating an indoor/outdoor connection. We painted the exterior brick, brought in a touch of wood, added full glass windows/doors, and completely re-designed the landscaping. These added design elements created a subtle transitional office building and transformed the exterior aesthetic while also allowing improvements to the functionality of the entry/exit and parking.
