Are you interested in teaming up with a design team and unsure of the process? We have a process that allows you to be a part of the design every step of the way! We believe that the more the owner can participate in the design process, the more successful the project will be for the entire team!
Step One
We meet you and learn about your team, passion, mission, and desires.
Step Two
We pull together design options for your review and input. We then massage those options to what best meets your needs.
Step Three
We complete construction documents so that a contractor can easily understand and price the scope of work to be completed. We then submit those documents to our local agencies for review, comment, and approval.
Step Four
We submit the construction documents to select contractors for bidding. Those contractors bid on the project and submit their bids to you for review and approval. Once a contractor is selected, construction can begin.
Step Five
We remain engaged during construction to ensure the project is constructed per the documents. We review submittals and answer any questions the contractor may have during construction. We visit the site to review certain aspects of the project and ensure all construction is completed per the drawings and regulation code requirements.
Step Six
Lights, camera, action! The building is complete, and it’s move-in day for you! Seeing our projects complete is the genuine passion and drive of our team!
