This project is a 16,000 SF laboratory facility with laboratory support spaces and an administration area.
Laboratory areas are Environmental, Process and Development, and Quality Control.
Laboratory features include:
- Low volume, general chemistry fume hoods.
- Mobile laboratory workstations for ease of access to the rear of instruments.
- Use of mobile workstations to realize a significant reduction of building size.
- Overhead service panels for easy distribution of utilities to instrumentation.
