Entergy engaged Crump Wilson to consolidate and relocate several DOCs to the first floor of an existing Entergy call center on Essen Lane.
Renovations and improvements included:
- The site and building security measures
- Complete gutting and new finish-out of the first floor
- New, 100% redundant HVAC systems
- New, 200% redundant electrical service (full emergency power plus service from two separate substations)
